How to Return an Item
Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of order delivery to return most items.
Return Conditions:
- All returned items must be:
- In original and re-saleable condition
- With original labels or hangtags attached
- In original packaging
- Any free promotional gifts or accompanying items must also be included in the return.
Defective Items:
For defective items, please refer to Section 1.2 (below) for more information.
Return Process:
We recommend contacting our customer service team for detailed return instructions. However, here’s a general guideline:
- Contact S.T.O.I.C Clothing customer service.
- Provide details about the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.
- Customer service will guide you through the return process, which may involve generating a return label.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible).
- Attach the return label (if provided) and ship the package to the designated address.
Return Costs:
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- If the item is defective, S.T.O.I.C Clothing will cover the return shipping cost after inspection.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 4-7 business days.
- You will receive a notification email confirming the refund.
Section 1.2: Damaged or Defective Products
Return Period:
At S.T.O.I.C Clothing, quality is a priority. We thoroughly inspect all our products before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to find a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Please note: We will assess the damage or defect upon return. S.T.O.I.C Clothing is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear or misuse.
